The lakeview from my room was absolutely beautiful, & the #1 reason why the stay was worth it!
No one informed you that the pool was not open, and they were unwilly to give a discount to anyone inquiring about it. Too many passing trains at nite

The room and lakeview were fabulous! But as for other things, not so pleasing. Upon check-in, no one informed us that the pool was not open. The elevator was out of service for awhile and we were on the top floor. And there was non-stop passing trains around the clock that would always wake you at night. ...read more

The pool was fantastic and the rooms were very nice.
Service in restaurant left a lot to be desired and hot tub smelled bad.

Karaoke bar was loud and under our room.

The large windows facing the lake are not weather proof. The heater has to be on full blast in the winter due to the leak of cold air. Very uncomfortable at night - probably fine in the summer - need to update their exterior windows. ...read more

Poor vacuuming job in our room.

This hotel had all the amenities needed to make for a pleasurable stay. It could easily be moved up in ratings with a few minor improvements.

Very helpful staff, room was great, restaurant top notch.
Poor internet connection in room.

The hotel was splendid. My family and I had a great time; we especially liked the proximity to the lake. The pool was warm and inviting. The staff was helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
